Pale yellow with golden reflections, bright and crystalline.

Elegant and expressive, with white fruit and citrus notes, accompanied by a subtle floral touch. It is complemented by herbal and mineral nuances that add complexity.

Fresh and enveloping, with a silky texture from the lees. It has good acidity and a long finish, where mineral and fruity notes can be perceived.

Varieties: 100% Garnatxa Blanca.
Soil: Sauló.
Winemaking: 6 months of ageing: 50% in stainless steel and 50% in Croatian oak foudres, achieving a balance between freshness, volume and complexity.
Production: 13,500 bottles.
