Terms of sale, delivery and return

Grupo Centilia SL / Dosterras undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank that it may have or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programmes: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, the Issuing Bank, the Trader, Cardholder or cards. Additionally, the following activities are also specifically prohibited: “Sale of alcoholic beverages to minors aged under 18 years of age.”

Confirmation of the order by the buyer implies acceptance of this range of conditions and will prevail over any other communication. The products marketed through the web portal are in full compliance with current legal recommendations.

Dosterras states that the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is not permitted.

 

Orders

 

For the buyer, the order is completed when the buyer confirms the purchase. Dosterras regards the order to have been completed upon validation of the payment. It is noted that there may be minor differences between the products shown on the website and the products actually delivered as it is not possible to continuously adapt the website. In any case, these differences do not affect the quality and so there is no justification for the cancellation of the order or the rejection of the delivery. Furthermore, all orders will be subject to the availability of the product, so Dosterras reserves the right to inform about any change or substitution of other products of the same quantity. In the event that the offer to replace the product is rejected, Dosterras will reimburse you.

 

Payment

Said delivery may be made through a specialised carrier or directly by Dosterras. The delivery time may vary depending on multiple circumstances. In any case, Dosterras will inform you of the delivery deadlines at any time. During the purchasing process, information shall be provided about shipping costs depending on the delivery location and the volume of the order.

> The absence of the buyer or the lack of information leading to the impossibility of delivery of the product on the agreed date by Dosterras’ carriers may entail additional delivery costs or the cancellation of the order by Dosterras.

> After delivery the product risks are transferred to the buyer. Dosterras will be at the full disposal of its customers for any element related with the product warranty and the right of withdrawal. Returns policy

 

> The maximum period to request the return of a product is 14 business days as from receipt of the order.

> Within this period, if the customer is not satisfied, they may request a refund of the amount paid for the purchases made, by sending us an e-mail to info@dosterras.com.

> We will contact the customer to arrange how to return the item.

> We will refund the amount once we have verified the receipt and condition of the item being returned. The return cannot take place in any case if the product is not sent in perfect condition and properly protected, and provided that it has not been clearly subjected to use that prevents the product from being in the same condition in which it was delivered.

> The refund of the amount paid will be made using the payment method used in the purchase and within a period of no more than thirty days.
